I have to say… I’m getting the hang of this Hashimoto’s thing. I’ve now lost 90lbs and have never felt as good as I do now. And it’s only going to get better! Life is in a pretty sweet spot.
My last round of blood work came back and OHMERGAWD!!! My A1C is down from 8.6 to 5.9. My glucose level is down from 235 to 135. My cholesterol is down 50 points to 175. And I’ve lost five more pounds… even while traveling! And my vitamin D level went from 9 to 36, which still needs improving but it’s finally went up some so I’ll take that as progress. My thyroid numbers are still really bad. But I’m told this can take some time to regulate and get to a good place.
The digital nomad work thing is going really well, too. There’s lots of new and exciting things on the horizon! I’m launching a YouTube channel for this blog. I’ve been working with a video media expert to get all the recordings made and the technical setup of the channel completed. I’m HOPING my YouTube channel sharing my journey of location independence will launch next week on Thursday, October 5th. I can’t wait for you guys to watch and learn about all my adventures, travel fails, products I love, and how I navigate this crazy thing called life… all from the back of a Suburban.
Plus, there’s all new content coming down the line that I’m so excited to share with you.
All of that proves that if you work hard, don’t give up, and persevere… you CAN do anything you want to do.
Three and a half years ago I was suicidally depressed and had NO experience in digital marketing.
Will it be easy? Hell. NO!
Will it be worth it? ABSOLUTELY!
Anything worth having is worth working for… same is true for inner happiness. You have to work at it and CHOOSE happiness… No matter what life throws at you.
I’ve shared with you some of the difficult things life’s thrown at me… being married to a child molester, being the victim of abuse as a child, and having struggles as a single mom. I know it’s not easy to hang on and keep going. I have been there. And I’m going to give my all helping as many amazing women as I can to get there, too!

Anything related to your physical health, mental well-being and self care, and even career satisfaction… plus all the other fun topics like recipes and our kids… ALL of that is going to be on the table for discussion.
